We've made some changes recently, and would like to provide you with some answers to your concerns about Online Banking.
Is the online banking login form on the homepage secure?
One of the changes you may have noticed on the new SECNY website is the addition of a login form on the homepage. We have added this to make it easier to connect to SECNY's InTouch Online Banking services.
Some members have been concerned that the page is not secure. The login form is using a technology called iframes, and the form is hosted from SECNY's secure server. Your logon ID and password are encrypted, even though you don't see "https" in the address, or a lock at the bottom of the page.
What do I do if I've forgotten my SECNY Logon ID?
If you have misplaced or forgotten your Logon ID, please contact any credit union office to have your information reset:
